Ok, for the record I have NEVER watched Hamtaro. I bought these figurines coz they were reduced to $3 at Toy Kingdom and they were cute. They've sat on my stereo for months and never bothered me... til i started noticing the resemblence.

Hamtaro: Ryoma, coz he looked small and runty.
Bijou: Sakuno, coz of the pigtails (hamsters can have pigtails? okay then...)
Cappy: Kaido, coz of the green thingamabob on his head
Howdy: Fuji...THOSE EYES! omfg.
Dexter: Tezuka. Smart looking. Glasses. mmm hmm....

Gah! I had to go to the official Hamtaro site to find out the names, and got blinded by bright orange. o___O
